I am Responsible for creating high-level user stories and making robust user flow for our Konstellation blockchain projects (#DARC token, #VegaX CeFi, #Taebit Dex DeFi platform, Squid Squad OG #NFT and Kambrian NFT marketplace for K-Pop). As well as holding discussions with BD and Production Team to flash out details and uncertainties of our projects . In order to achieve that, my daily tasks are:
- Defining the company roadmap and vision with the executive team
- Supervising development production process and re-prioritizing tasks if needed
- Forming development and resources assessment needed for our developers (based on feedback from a product team).
- Creating and coordinating, the development of new investments products
- Organizing company products backlog
- Overviewing of the UI/UX design of the our different products
- Creating and overviewing the creation and maintaining of our referral and reward program
- Analyzing the hot topics in the crypto industry and the needs of our experienced and newbie crypto usersI
