Résumé
I'm presently student in the SCM & Buying management Master within ICN Business School. I'm also in apprenticeship in the Technocentre in France (Renault Group).
I'm holding the position of project leader inside the Alliance Logistics Europe - Inbound Operations. Since January 1st, I'm in expatriation in the DLO (Operational Logistical Direction) in Valladolid (Spain).
This mission has three purposes :
- carry on my French tasks while comparing the methods they use to assure them being the best in Europe (benchmarking)
- manage the carriers' productivity
- set up the new Transportation Management System (TMS by Oracle)
I'm passionate about the industrial and automotive industry and it helps me to achieve my professional project.
Thanks to the apprenticeship, I'm pleased to be invested inside a company. It's the best way to learn quickly and being empowered early.

EXPATRIATION
Main missions : organization of the different flows to the French factories (particularly Maubeuge's plant (monthly transportation budget : 510K€), animation of the carriers' productivity, benchmarking spanish processes
Key achievements : improvement of the trucks' filling rate, animation on carriers' savings, involvement of TMS roll-out, transportation costs' reduction
