Portfolio management assistance in the Delubac Pricing Power Fund (AUM: EUR 155 million, European companies >500m of capitalization)
• Quantitative and qualitative analyses for 10+ companies (company research reports for the portfolio manager)
• Daily follow-up of equities in the portfolio & potential investments, specifically companies’ note update after each interim results and summary of market news impact
• Optimization of financial modelling, including Multiplier Models – P/E, EV/EBITDA, and EV/sales ratio to compare and analyze equities in the same sector
• Involvement in strategic discussions and periodic updates with executives
• Involvement in meetings with external analysts or target company executives
• Preparation of month-end reporting and investor presentations
• Customer relations, such as explaining fund’s characteristics or the month-end reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Bloomberg, Bloomberg-API and Excel

Daily positions reconciliation
• Daily cash reconciliation with the custodian
• Daily portfolio valuation and investigation of the pricing differences with the fund administrator
• Provide support to the investment team for the daily trading
• Preparation of month-end reporting
